Ordering
- Una Pizza’s online ordering (next.systemslb.net and our apps) is run by Agricultural Tourism Company S.A.R.L. By ordering, you agree to these policies.
- You order with your name and a Lebanese mobile number — keep them accurate; our kitchen and drivers rely on them.
- Your order is confirmed when the kitchen starts making it. Menus, prices and availability can change.
- Please order fairly — no false orders or coupon abuse.
Prices & Payment
- Prices are in USD; your delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Pay cash on delivery or by card (Visa/Mastercard) through MontyPay’s secure payment page (PCI-DSS compliant). We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
- Our own drivers deliver around Tripoli, Koura and Amioun. Pickup from the branch is free.
- How the delivery fee is calculated: it is based on how far your delivery location is from the branch you order from. Our delivery area is split into distance zones — the farther your location falls, the higher the fee for that zone. Each branch sets its own zones and fees.
- The exact fee for your address is always calculated from the pin you set on the map and shown at checkout before you confirm — there are no hidden or added-later delivery charges. A valid coupon may reduce or waive it.
- Locations beyond our farthest zone show as outside the delivery area at checkout; for those, please choose branch pickup or call your branch.
- During rush hours, and only if our own drivers are not available, we may hand your order to a trusted external delivery company.
- Usually 30–60 minutes — estimates, not promises; traffic and busy ovens happen.
- Stay reachable on your number. A wrong address or an unreachable phone may mean a redelivery fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel your order free of charge right from your order page while it’s not yet accepted — and even after the kitchen accepts it, as long as it hasn’t started preparing it. After that, call the branch — Amioun 06 651 244·Tripoli 06 412 654 — and we’ll help if we can.
- Not happy with your food? Wrong or missing items, arrived cold or damaged, or the taste and quality just weren’t right — tell us within 24 hours and we’ll redeliver, credit you, or refund you.
- The easiest and fastest refund is a store credit to your account. If you paid cash, you may request a cash refund instead; card payments are refunded through MontyPay and usually appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Privacy
- We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order: name, phone, delivery location, order history, and a device token if you allow notifications.
- We never collect or store card numbers — cards are entered directly on MontyPay’s secure page.
- Your info is shared only with our staff handling your order (or the external courier delivering it), our payment processor (MontyPay), and our hosting provider (Google Firebase). Never sold.

Terms & Conditions
Overview
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Una Pizza, operated by Agricultural Tourism Company S.A.R.L. We operate the online ordering service at next.systemslb.net and our mobile apps, including all related content, features and services (the “Services”). These Terms of Service, together with the Ordering, Payment, Delivery, Refunds and Privacy policies above, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services and apply to every user, whether browsing or ordering. Please read them carefully — they include important legal information, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Section 1 – Access and Account
By using the Services you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in Lebanon and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. To order you must provide accurate account details — a real name and a Lebanese mobile number you control — and keep them current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your device, and for all orders placed through it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may not sell, transfer or let anyone else use your account.
Section 2 – Our Products and Services
We sell prepared food and beverages for delivery and pickup through the Services. We make every effort to describe and picture menu items accurately, but photos are illustrative and the item you receive may vary in appearance. Menu items, descriptions, prices and availability may change at any time without notice, and we may limit the quantity of any item or refuse service to any location at our discretion.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, and an order is accepted only when the kitchen confirms it and begins preparing it. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it — once preparation has started it can no longer be cancelled or changed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example when an item is unavailable, your location is outside our delivery area, there is a clear pricing error, or we suspect fraud or abuse — and we will refund anything you have already paid.
Section 4 – Prices and Billing
Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you confirm. Your delivery fee is calculated from your delivery location and shown before you confirm, and applicable taxes are included where required. You agree to provide accurate, current billing and payment information. We accept cash on delivery and Visa/Mastercard processed through MontyPay’s secure payment page. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose and will honour the resulting charges. We recommend keeping a copy of your order confirmation for your records.
Section 5 – Delivery
Our own drivers deliver around Tripoli, Koura and Amioun; pickup from the branch is free. Delivery times are estimates only, usually 30–60 minutes, and are not guaranteed. Full details are in the Delivery policy above. During rush hours, and only when our own drivers are unavailable, we may hand your order to a trusted external delivery company. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — the Una Pizza name and logo, menu photographs, text, graphics, design and software — belongs to us, our affiliates or our licensors and is protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Section 7 – Optional Tools
The Services may give you access to third-party tools and features — such as maps and push notifications — that we do not control. These are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Any new features or tools we add later are also covered by these Terms.
Section 8 – Third-Party Links
The Services rely on and may link to third parties that we do not control — including MontyPay for card payments and Google Firebase for hosting and notifications, and the Apple App Store and Google Play for our apps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
Section 9 – Privacy
Any personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy above, which you should read. Your information may be processed by the service providers we rely on to operate the Services, such as our payment processor and hosting provider. By using the Services you consent to that handling.
Section 10 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions — for example in a menu item’s description, price or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to update, cancel or refund an affected order at any time, even after it has been submitted, without prior notice.
Section 11 – Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to place false orders, abuse coupons or promotions, misuse the in-order chat or contact features, provide misleading information, harass our staff or drivers, transmit malware, scrape or collect data without authorisation, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services. You may not use the Services from any jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section.
Section 12 – Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason including a breach of these Terms. You remain responsible for any amounts due up to the date of termination. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — will continue to apply.
Section 13 – Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all items are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly stated by us. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Section 14 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Section 15 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Una Pizza and Agricultural Tourism Company S.A.R.L., together with its officers, employees and service providers, from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Services.
Section 16 – Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.
Section 17 – Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the policies posted on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
Section 18 – Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer ours freely, in whole or in part, without notice.
Section 19 – Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, government action, power or internet outages, and epidemics or pandemics. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event and resume as soon as reasonably practicable.
Section 20 – Governing Law
Lebanon is our country of domicile. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
Section 21 – Changes to Terms of Service
The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of them by posting the update here. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
